Administrative and legal aspect concerns the execution of judgments and inactivity officers of the court in matters of cases

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the administrative legal aspect of the problems of execution of court decisions and omissions of the officials of the court regarding the disposition of cases. Studied foreign experience in the enforcement of judicial decisions. Discusses the procedural order of implementation of Executive production on collection of the obligations provided by the legislation, and features of administrative-legal relations that arise in this area.
