Police interaction experience with local governments in the Czech Republic and the prospects for its use in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the experience of cooperation between the police of Czech Republic and municipal self-government together with the possibility of its implementation in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the mechanism of the agreements on coordination between police and municipal bodies and their part in insurance of law and order on the local level. Based on the results, ways of implementation of the Czech experience in Ukraine are proposed under the framework of implementation of the provisions of Law on National Police in its part on cooperation between police and communities.
