ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION OF PUBLIC CONTROL IN THE FIELD OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The process of administrative and legal regulation of public control in the field of urban development is investigated. It was determined that the implementation of public control in this area by the legislator was established in the form of conducting public hearings. However, a number of legislative restrictions have been identified regarding the persons who have the right to submit proposals to local development projects of urban planning documents. The obstacles preventing civil society institutions from exercising public control in the field of urban development are identified and ways of overcoming them are proposed.
