Адміністративно-правове регулювання волонтерської діяльності в Україні / Аdministrative and Legal Regulation of Volunteer Activity in Ukraine

Abstract
The issue of legal regulation of volunteer activity in Ukraine is gaining an importance, as well as the definition of the legal status of a volunteer, the integration into national legislation of international standards and legal norms, as evidenced by a significant number of scientific papers devoted to various aspects of this issue. The article ‘Аdministrative and legal regulation of volunteer activity in Ukraine’ is devoted to questions relating to definition and improving the legal status of volunteers. Also, the article outlines the principles of volunteer activity, analyzes domestic and international legislation in the field of legal regulation of volunteer activity. Comparison of legal and economic support of volunteers' activity in developed countries and Ukraine is conducted. In addition, proposals are made to improve the regulation of volunteering in Ukraine, referring to successful international experience.
