Abstract

Primary amenorrhea can occur for a variety of reasons as genetic defects, tumors or hormonal disorders. We will report the cases of two adult patients with primary amenorrhea with normal secondary sexual characters revealing a prolactinoma probably evolving since childhood which stopped pubertal development before the occurrence of menstruation.
