ANALYTICAL-PHILOSOPHICAL APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF THE METHODOLOGY OF MODERN JURISPRUD ENCE

Abstract
The article covers the essence of the analytical and philosophical approach in modern jurisprudence. The methodological potential of this approach for legal knowledge is revealed. The necessity of complementary methods of philosophical, general scientific and special-legal plan is emphasized.
