Abstract
Due to the increasing number of autoimmune and allergic diseases with severe eosinophilic syndrome, we are interested in the question of its role in the development and progression of pathology. The aim of this study was to determine the clinical features of the eosinophilic syndrome in patients with bronchial asthma, systemic vasculitis and Churg-Strauss syndrome. There were selected 171 patients: between them – 80 patients with bronchial asthma and 79 patients with systemic vasculitis, among them 32 patients with Churg-Strauss syndrome. Clinical examination, general laboratory, instrumental and immunological methods were performed in all patients. As a result of our study revealed that The comparison of Churg-Strauss vasculitis with bronchial asthma and systemic vasculitis with eosinophilic syndrome showed, that allergic response manifested simultaneously for several or numerous specific allergens, increased erythematous-hemorrhagic lesions with a tendency to merge, often bronchial hyperresponsiveness, arthritis, neuropathy and lymphadenopathy are more specific for Churg-Strauss vasculitis, especially with Churg-Strauss syndrome with severe eosinophilia
