Abstract
In the article the attention has been focused on the pedagogical innovations and criteria (novelty, optimality, effectiveness, application of result) which reveal their characteristics during the formation of the information technology competence (the IT-competence) of the future doctors and pharmacists in the process of teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation. The notions “teaching technology”, “pedagogical technology”, “module technology of teaching”, and “the module” have been considered. The basic structural components of the formation process of the future specialists’ IT-competence who study the disciplines of natural scientific preparation using the module technologies and taking into account the systemic approach have been established. It has been found out that the implementation of the module technologies while teaching the disciplines of natural scientific preparation in the framework of the activity-oriented approach leads to the conscious and strong mastering of knowledge, skills and abilities provided that the formation of the IT competence of the future doctors and pharmacists is formed, which facilitates the development of their motivational sphere, intelligence, propensity, independence, ability to carry out self-management and group management of educational and cognitive activities. It has been established that the application of the person-oriented approach during the implementation of the module technologies in the process of teaching the disciplines of natural scientific preparation and formation of the IT-competence of the future specialists provide the consideration of their individual personality features. It has been noted that in the formation process of the IT-competence of the future specialists while teaching the disciplines of natural science preparation, the theory of the stage-by-stage formation of the mental actions, the theory of programmed learning, the cybernetic approach, the reflexive approach, theoretical ideas of differentiation, optimization, problemness are used. It has been established that the module teaching technologies in the process of the IT-competence formation of the future doctors and pharmacists who learn the disciplines of natural science preparation provide their independent work according to the individual training programs and are implemented on the basis of the system-activity and person-oriented approaches. The principles, according to which the IT-competence of future specialists is formed in the process of teaching the disciplines of natural science preparation using the module technologies have been formulated and characterized, to be more presice, the principles of structuring the learning contents into the separate elements or system quantization, modularity, effectiveness and operativeness of knowledge and their systems, dynamism, consistency and sequence, independence, individualization, activity, integrity, optimality, flexibility, multiple repetition, parity, multilateralism of methodical counselling, psychological comfort, conscious prospect, linking theory to practice. It has been found that when implementing the individual approach during the module teaching the disciplines of natural science training take into account the differentiation level of the formed IT-competence, individual rate of its formation, individualization of this process due to the mutual help of people who study with the help of the teachers who implement the functions of the consultants and moderators while teaching the disciplines of natural science preparation, organization of the individual control after the process of formation of the IT-competence. It has been established that the growth of the quality of the process of formation of the future doctors’ and pharmacists’ IT-competence is due to the individualization of teaching the disciplines of natural science preparation using the module technologies with the use of the individual programs, flexible response of the faculty members to the changeable conditions of the teaching process, rapid adaptation of training-methodical materials to these conditions, working out practical skills, reduction of the teaching terms, personal qualities of the subjects of the educational process, which are adequately changed with their acquisition of the IT-competence.
