Application of six-channel high-accuracy ADS8364 to the micro-inertial heading and attitude system

Abstract

The main performance and architecture of high-precision and 6-channel simultaneous sampling Analog-to-digital converters ADS8364 were introduced, which combined with practical application of hign-precision floating-point digital signal processor TMS320C6713 and CPLD EPM7128 of ALTERA Company. It also realized application of data acquisition in micro-inertial heading and attitude system. This system could carry out data acquisition of six channel of micro inertial sensor by ADS8364 synchronously, and transmit conversion result to DSP that could complete data processing. Experimental result proved that this system was high-precision and high-speed.
