Application of the Nearpod training platform on seminar workshops

Abstract
The article reviewed a communicative interaction between the subjects of the educational process in institutions of higher education and its organization with the help of an on-line training platform Nearpod – Web-software for support of simultaneous execution of educational tasks in the format of mobile learning. The author identifies the advantages of Nearpod platform, such as comfort of using, ease of content creation, synchronization of teacher and students activities, dual mode, multi-functionality, mobile feedback, automatic reporting of the results of students learning after the “session”. The practical application of Nearpod at seminars with students of the historical faculty of the H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University is described. It is concluded that the use of Nearpod learning platform helps to improve the training of students of the social and humanitarian profile.
