APPLICATION OF TRAININGS OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE PREPARATION OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS

Abstract
In the article an attempt is made to consider the peculiarities and the course of the use of personal development trainings in educational work with students-psychologists. A review of scientific publications on the chosen topic was carried out, as a result, the topics and approaches to the use of trainings in the educational process were clarified. Peculiarities of the use of personal development training courses in the process of training specialists at higher educational institutions are considered. The specifics of conducting training sessions with psychologists are highlighted. The conclusions from the work are made as well as the outlined prospects for further research in this direction.
