APPROACH TO ELECTRONIC SERVICES THROUGH ENTROPY
Journal Title: MANAGERIAL CHALLENGES OF THE CONTEMPORARY SOCIETY - Year 2018, Vol 11, Issue 1
Abstract
Although in recent years electronic services have significantly changed the life of public and private business, they are seen as reluctant both by users and creators, as practice has shown that interference technology among people bring long term a number of shortcomings which cannot be an initial estimate. An excessive process organization reduces chaos in a system but limits its responses to the dynamic influences of the environment. Entropy is the opposite of organization. In thermodynamics, entropy is a measure of how close to the thermodynamic equilibrium is a thermodynamic system. Economic entropy is a complex process of continuous and irreparable degradation of the potential of existing resources, as well as the creation of a disorganization. Accelerated emergence and proliferation of electronic services brings several immediate economic and social benefits. But electronic services can limit the effects of economic entropy? How entropy affects the programming and implementation of an electronic service knowing that electronic services using intelligent platform with a high degree of organization? These are just some questions that we intend to answer in this paper.
