ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT BY SELF-EMPLOYED STUDENTS 'WORK IN CONDITIONS OF STUDENT EDUCATION

Abstract
Introduction. The article deals with the peculiarities of managing independent work of students at different levels of higher professional education. Step-by-step education on the one hand is a prerequisite: to increase students' cognitive motivation and conscious interest in independent learning activities; greatly affects the formation of communicative, the type of thinking and the real assessment of the individual characteristics of the student; causes more qualitative deepening of knowledge in the corresponding directions of science; opens the prospect of improving the quality of education. On the other hand it affects: solving the problem of managing students' independent work; the choice of forms and means for achieving the ultimate goal of learning. Purpose: To study the peculiarities of independent work management of students of higher educational institutions at different levels of education, which is an extremely broad problem that needs to be studied in depth. Methods. Analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, pedagogical observation, self-examination. Results. Currently, the existing graduate system of training specialists according to targeted and meaningful guidelines provides for the creation of conditions for the development of the individual and the creative selfrealization of future specialists, updating the content of education and organizing the educational process in accordance with democratic values, market principles of the economy, modern scientific and technological achievements. When choosing means of managing independent work of students it is necessary to take into account and skillfully apply technologies of teaching, the division of educational material into educational units, the choice of control system, types of independent work depending on the level of autonomy and level of assimilation of knowledge, the level of complexity of tasks. Disscusion. The graduate system of training specialists in accordance with targeted and meaningful guidelines provides for the creation of conditions for the development of the individual and the creative selfrealization of future specialists, updating the content of education and organizing the educational process in accordance with democratic values, market principles of the economy, modern scientific and technological achievements.
