ASSESSMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION OF MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE CONCENTRATIONS OF FLUORINE IN SYSTEM «ENVIRONMENT – HUMAN”

Abstract

The theoretical foundations of environmental regulation and approaches to maximum permissible concentrations of fluorine in natural objects are considered. The article presents the criteria for determining levels of permissible concentrations of microelement in air, soil, natural (including drinking) waters and its impact on public health. The analysis of the literature and own studies confirm the link between fluorine content in the components of the environment and public health. To maintain the quality of the environment and human health must be strictly regulating revenue of fluorine compounds in the biosphere.
