Assessment of Organizational Commitment and its Effective Factors on Private Sector Employees Shiraz

Abstract
Organizational commitment of employees is one of the most important issues in organizational behavior management that increases the organizational productivity and effectiveness of workshops and enterprises. Many high-performance types of research considered increased productivity, reduced staff turnover and shift as a result of an increase in the organizational commitment of the employees. Therefore, paying attention to the factors affecting organizational commitment can have valuable and useful results. Therefore, this research sought to study the factors affecting the organizational commitment of employees engaged in private sector (non-governmental) workshops and enterprises. The research is applied in terms of objective and correlation analysis and field analysis in terms of nature. The statistical population included all private sector employees. In this research, a non-random and convenient sampling method was used to select the sample and a questionnaire was used to collect the data. The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational support, and independence in work had a significant relationship with organizational commitment.
