Abstract
In the article the results of the equipment improvement for the investigation of the dynamic characteristics of fluid flow measuring transducers are presented. The response time determination of the medium flow and quantity measuring instruments takes on special significance. This is due to the actualization of recording problems for liquids flow rate and quantity because of their rapidly varying along by gradient and by time. One of the criteria for evaluating the quality of methods, instruments and measurement systems for highly dynamic processes is to obtain the minimum value of dynamic error - one of the most important metrological characteristic. This is the basis of the criterion for the synthesis such measuring instruments with optimal design parameters. This first concerns field related with human maintenance like medicine, pharmacology, as well as aviation and rocket technology in a wide class of scientific research and optimization of technological processes. In the article, shown proposed algorithm for the operation of an automated metrology test bench based on a microcontroller using modern information technologies to evaluate the dynamic characteristics of liquids flow rate and quantity measuring. The possibilities of the developed software for controlling the test bench operation, output signal measuring, estimating the parameters for the transient process and dynamic characteristics of the measuring instrument are considered. The modernization of the test bench allows: select the research mode and the processing algorithm; determine the parameters of the input dynamic effects; record the measurement results in real time; process the results, which makes possible to evaluate the dynamic features of measuring instruments with different operation principles in a wide range of using conditions.
