Basic principles of restructuring Ukrainian nationalists’ activities in the Carpathian land of the Oun (the end of 1940s and the 1950s)

Abstract
The features of the restructuring of Ukrainian nationalists’ activities in the Carpathian region of the OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists) are analyzed in the article on the basis of unknown and little-known documents and materials. It is proved that in the condition of using by the repressive and punitive system of complex agent and operational means as well as special means Ukrainian nationalists were able to develop successful strategies and tactics, which they constantly corrected. It has been studied out that this exactly is what made it possible to ¿ ght against the establishment of Soviet administration on the West Ukrainian lands for almost ten years. It is proved that there has been series of violations of conspiracy which led to considerable human and material resources loss.
