BASICS OF CRIMEAN TATAR PHONETICS: ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF LATIN ALPHABET

Abstract
The article focuses on the «Latinization» of the Crimean tatar language in which great attention is given to phonetics, which was formed on the basis of pronunciation of the Crimean tatar language All sounds are indentied and analyzed, as well as some special specic sounds of the language. In addition, for studying the very phonetics and history affects on Latinization of Crimean Tatar language, from the very rst steps Turkic sample Latinization. We try to Identify and analyze everything, and also special specic sounds of the Crimean tatar language. It should be noted that in any system is the formation of language phonetics belongs to the leading position, because in the communication process any text, speech acts, formulating thoughts in various spheres of human activity are expressed and communicated to the other via the sounds that can be perceived and recognized. The popularity of the Crimean tatar language has acquired a strong wave of the study and has moved beyond the Crimea, so there was a need for qualied specialists of Crimean tatar language primarily as a foreign language, and then to the media. Unfortunately Crimean Tatar until now has been studied poorly, taught directly for carriers, so there was no necessity in studying phonetics for foreigners. The paper provided an overview of the phonetics of the Crimean tatar language. Expand and show the advantage of the alphabet on the Cyrillic and little flaws first. And that is why not only affected but the pronunciation and spelling of the theme, highlighting the benets of the Latin alphabet, as a practical in terms of use.
