Journal Title: Гепатологія - Year 2016, Vol 32, Issue 2

Abstract

The review of the national and foreign scientifi c literature on modern possibilities of liver fi brosis diagnosis in patients with chronic hepatitis C is presented in the article. Analysis of early biochemical parameters is proposed as the equivalents of liver fi brosis. Th e peculiarities of proteinases, cytokine profi le, proteins, transferases as well as complex tests and fi brous panels concerning this pathology are considered as prognostic and diagnostic points of view. Th e results of our own studies are given as well.
