Calibration Method of Microscopic Damage Parameter Based on Power Exponential Hardening Model

Abstract
The calibration of damage parameters were always the bottleneck of GTN microscopic damage model in engineering application. Whether parameter selection was reasonable or not directly affected the accuracy of the simulation results. This paper proposed a calibration method of microscopic damage parameter based on the power exponential hardening model. The method not only designed a test which used the response surface method to establish function relation between hardening parameter and damage parameter,but also established the error evaluation function based on hardening parameter to determine the damage parameter. Taking DP780 as example,the uniaxial tensile and slot part forming numerical simulation were conducted. Compared with experimental results,this method was proved to be accurate and effective.
