Capital expenditure on fixed assets and reconstruction and modernization needs the power sector entities

Abstract
The energy sector in Poland is faced with a great opportunity of develop-ment, which undoubtedly is related to the energy policy of the European Union. Energy efficiency, in recent years, the main objective of all areas (areas) of the economy. The most important feature of- investments in the energy sector from other industries is a long and complicated process of investment. The purpose of this article is to assess the adequacy of capital expenditure to the needs of reconstruction and - modernization of Polish energy distributor. The analysis allows investment It has been edged that they were relatively low in relation to the actual needs of the reconstruction and modernization.
