CATEGORY “LEGAL POLICY” (HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS)

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of history of becoming the new legal category “legal policy” in the jurisprudence. The different conceptions of legal policy are considered. The legal nature of new category, its correlation with the categories “politics of law” and “juristical policy” and also a place of legal category in the system of science of the theory of state and law are analyzed.
