THE CONCEPT AND NATURE OF PROCEDURE OF FINANCE AND LEGAL LIABILITY FOR CUSTOMS LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article deals with the procedure for applying financial and legal responsibility for violation of customs legislation. Emphasized that participants of customs legal relations can be subject to this type of legal liability in the event of failure or improper performance of duties of customs payments. The author definition «procedures use financial and legal responsi- bility for violation of customs laws» and singled out stage.
