THE SYSTEM OF SUBJECTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL REGULATION IN AREA OF PROTECTION, USE AND REPRODUCTION OF THE ANIMAL WORLD IN UKRAINE

Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of existing in the theory of administrative and ecological law modern approaches to classification of organs, that perform regulation in sphere of environmental protection, nature management and ecological safety, and also, corresponding normatively-legal acts, the circle of subjects of the administrative-legal regulation in the area of protection, use and reproduction of the animal world in Ukraine is outlined.
