CG and CSR – connections and interrelationships

Abstract
CSR and CG are separate concepts and generally were recognized and ex-amined independently. However they have many common premises discussed in the first part of this paper. Moreover, joint CSR and CG assessment give new light on governance and corporate responsibility and accountability, so it is presumed that future researches shall thoroughly examine the effects of CSR and CG synergies. Theoretical foundation for this exploration, presented in the second part of this paper, consist of three relational models which are elaborated in foreign literature.
