CHARACTERISTICS OF PECULARITIES OF LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE AREA OF ADMINISTRATIVE COURT (THEORETICAL-METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT)

Abstract
The article describes the features of legal relations in the field of administrative legal proceedings in terms of their theoretical and methodological aspects. It has been established that legal relations in the field of administrative legal proceedings are regulated by the norms of the Code of Administrative Procedure, the interaction of the parties on the resolution of a dispute arising as a result of violation by the executive body or local self-government of the rights, freedoms and interests of a non-authorized entities.
