CINEMATORGAPHIC INTERPRETATIONS: PROBLEMS OF SOCIAL EXISTENCE. PART IІ

Abstract
The article aims at unveiling the influence of existential philosophy on the shaping images in films created by leading representatives of Western Film Art in the 1960s–1980s. The author proves that in the given period film art reflected on the human condition and these reflections were determined by the same spiritual peculiarities, which earlier determined shaping of existentialism. The author concludes that the film art appeared to be a special way of philosophizing and, being synchronized with the philosophic key tendencies of the period, it was an indicator of spiritual processes in society. Part II is an attempt to provide philosophic analysis of cinematographic imagery from the perspective of the problem of revolution and democracy in artistic reception of existentialism.
