CLASSIFICATION OF INSTITUTIONS FOR EXECUTION OF IMPRISONMENT FOR A FIXED TERM IN THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY: COMPARATIVE AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article gives a characteristic of institutions for execution of imprisonment for a fixed term in the Federal Republic of Germany. The classification of such institutions according to the criteria of functionality, isolation, sex and age of convicts is carried out. The results of the study are compared with the corresponding provisions of Ukrainian legislation.
