CLINIC-NEUROLOGICAL AND MRI PECULIARITIES OF CLINICALLY ISOLATED SYNDROME SEPHERI NUR SEPIDE

Abstract
This article analyzes clinic-neurological and MRI indices of 60 patients with clinically isolated syndrome (CIS). Clinical manifestations of CIS were polymorphic: in 28,3% of patients were diagnosed retrobulbar neuritis, 51,7% – brainstem lesions, 20% – acute transversal myelitis. Analysis of MRI data shows that 21,6% of patients with CIS have monofocal impairment of central nervous system and 78,3% patients have multifocal lesions. The study of peculiarities of clinic- neurological and MRI indices of patients with CIS will lead to decreasing of diagnostic mistakes which has serious therapeutic and prognostic importance.
