Coaching technologies in education: theoretical-practical aspects and scientifi c approaches

Abstract

In the article the authors consider and generalize the theoretical principles of development for coaching technologies in pedagogy. Coaching is an actual pedagogical technology for mastering knowledge and introducing skills. From this technology begins the formation of teacher coaching competence. Therefore, the actuality of introducing the conceptual foundations of coaching as an effective approach to optimizing the potential of leaders in the countries of the world has a natural extension in various areas of professional training and activities of specialists in Ukraine, their self-actualization and personality self-realization. It is established that among the pedagogical technologies in the system of higher education and in particular in the training of teachers it is necessary to focus on those that enable future specialists to use their personal potential. These technologies form readiness and ability to work, generate the ability to use all possible resources, adjust their own activities and further professional development.The authors substantiate the notion of pedagogical coaching as a technology for continuous improvement of the pedagogical worker professionalism, which promotes effective interaction the subject of the educational process, aimed at achieving their goals, ensuring independence and ef¿ ciency in the making decisions of personal and professional nature
