Combined 16S rDNA and gyrB Gene Sequence to Identify a Strain of Bacillus cereus

Abstract
The strain YSSNJ-005 isolated from the bacillus coagulans was used as objective strain.16 S rD NA and gyrB gene sequence were combined to identify the strain exactly.The results show that the strain YSSNJ-005 is preliminarily predicated belong to bacillus genus by the 16 S rD NA sequence analysis.The gyrB gene sequence homology analysis and the constructed phylogenetic tree were subsequently used to judge the strain YSSNJ-005.The strain YSSNJ-005 is belonged to bacillus genus, and the homology of gene sequence of YSSNJ-005 reaches 100%, consistent with the Bacillus cereus standard strain Bacillus cereus ATCC14579 through BLAST online compare.The strain YSSNJ-005 is Bacillus cereus definitely.
