COMPARATIVE LEGAL AHALYSIS OF THE MECHANISMS OF PREVENTION OF UNDUE DELAY UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF FOREIGHN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The rticle contains the characteristic of approaches to the understanding of the term “undue delay of civil procedure” in foreign scientific doctrine as well as the list of mechanisms of prevention of undue delay under the legislation of foreign countries. Based on the analysis of regulatory sources the author defines the levels of prevention of undue delay of civil procedure and their constitutional elements as well as gives their general characteristic.
