Competence of law enforcement bodies in proceedings on complaints of citizens

Abstract
In the article the content and features of law enforcement bodies competence in proceedings on citizens complaints were researched. On the basis of scientific views analysis on the content of competence, the concept and features of the competence of law enforcement bodies were defined. The powers of the participants of the proceeding on citizens complaints were analyzed. The proposals on improving the legal regulation of the competence of law enforcement bodies in proceedings on citizens complaints were provided.
