COMPETITIVENESS OF AN ENTERPRISE AND STRATEGY OF ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

The article considers the essence of the definition of “enterprise competitiveness” and investigates the methods of assessing competitiveness. Conducted evaluation of the level of competitiveness of “Mareven Food Ukraine” LLC and suggested ways and strategies for its improvement. Established that to improve the competitiveness of this enterprise, first of all, it is necessary to expand the range of products and to reform the system of sales.
