Compliance as a form of implementation of administrative rules

Abstract
The article analyzes the doctrinal definitions of compliance of administrative rules on the basis of which the signs, that are typical for this form of implementation of the legal standards are distinguished by. The peculiarities of the formulation of prohibitions in modern regulatory legal acts are analyzed. Taking into account the most essential characteristics that reflect the specificity of compliance as a form of implementation of administrative rules, a definition of the relevant legal category is proposed.
