COMPONENTS, CRITERIA AND INDICATORS OF EVALUATION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MODEL OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF MIDDLE EDUCATION

Abstract

In this article, the scientific-theoretical analysis of innovative management in the system of secondary education; the basic conditions of their implementation are determined. The model, which will be implemented in the management process with the help of pedagogical conditions in the system of secondary education, with the production and implementation of innovative changes, taking into account regional specifics, external and internal factors, is characterized. The technology of realization and model of pedagogical conditions of introduction of innovative management in the system of secondary edu- cation is revealed; the peculiarities of implementation and model implementation are singled out. The relevant components (content, motivational-volitional, cognitive-operational, procedural, evaluation), criteria (reference model of innovative pedagogical model, project implementation process, target, “indirect effect”) are substantiated to implement the model of pedagogical conditions for the introduction of innovation management into the system of secondary education; the criteria for the readiness to implement the innovation model and the readiness of the teaching staff and the team of students, their parents and the community to implement the model, which is distributed over the factor according to component model, each with a character creating systems: conceptual factor, management factor, organizational factor, educational factor, method- ological and praxeological technological complex criteria) and performance evaluation. Each of these three components of the implementation of the model is estimated, both for external, and for its internal parameters. The analysis of complex of problems of implementation of innovative management in the system of secondary education was carried out. Based on the analysis of the influence of pedagogical conditions in the process of introducing innovative management into the system of secondary education and the scientific and theoretical analysis of the problem, the leading, indicators and levels (high, suffi- cient, average and low) of managers’readiness to introduce innovative management into the secondary education system are determined. The implementation of the model of management of the system of secondary education is ascertained: the quality of the managerial process, the quality of the educational process, the quality of knowledge, the results of educational activity.
