CONDITIONS OF PROVISION FOR ECONOMICALLY SAFE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES OF THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR

Abstract

Introduction. It is necessary to pay attention to the economic security of innovation development to ensure the stable development of enterprises that are related to the industrial sector. The purpose of the article is to study the conditions for innovative development of enterprises of the industrial sector that are considered economically safe. Methods. The following methods are used during the research: dialectical method of knowledge, theoretical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, method of generalization for formulation of research`s conclusions. Results. The approaches to the definition of the concept of «threat» by Ukrainian and foreign authors are examined in the article; actual internal and external threats to economic security at the enterprises of the industrial sector today are identified; the interrelation of enterprises of industrial sectors with threats is illustrated. It has been established that the mechanism of its provision is the main element of ensuring economically safe innovative development of enterprises of the industrial sector. The following important conditions are selected in the structure of the mechanism: minimizing the costs of the enterprise, creating and adapting to innovations and expanding the scope of using the services of the market infrastructure. The functional components of the conditions for ensuring economically safe innovative development of enterprises in the industrial sector are singled out, detailed description of each component is presented, and the evaluation of the conditions for the safe innovative development of the enterprise is studied. Discussion. The effectiveness of economically safe innovative development of enterprises that are related to the industrial sector depends on the implementation of the measures that are necessary for its regulation. It is required to do some detailed research and substantiation.
