CONFLICT OF INTERESTS IN PUBLIC SERVICE: PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION IN UKRAINE AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article describes the essence and content of the category «conflict of interests». The foreign, in particular European, experience of legal regulation of conflict of interests in the public service has been analyzed. The problems and perspectives of development of the legislation of Ukraine in this area are determined.
