Connotative differences of the words denoting concept “love” in the Ukrainian and English languages

Abstract
The article is devoted to the comparative analyses of connotative meaning of the words denoting concept “love” in the Ukrainian and English languages. It is pointed out the common and distinguishing features in the structure and content of conceptual perception about love by the Ukrainians and English. It is given a detailed semantic and comparative analyses of the lexical units according to their parts of speech, defined their connotative differences according to 4 semes.
