CONSIDERATION OF INNOVATION PROCESSES FOR PROVIDING THE PEDAGOGICAL CONTROL

Abstract
The task of higher educational institution is to provide the creative activity of the participants of the educational process, the formation of certain features of innovation by future specialist. Among the key competencies that are required for full functioning in modern society, are creativity and innovation. Innovation, as a synergistic phenomenon in essence and nature, is the ability of a person to introduce creative intentions into a life. The results of studies are formed in terms of competences, so in practice it is not easy to distinguish between them without an understanding of the context of their formulation. Unlike competencies, the results of studies should be clearly definedand evaluated for recognition of their achievement by students. The realization of all functions of pedagogical control of process and quality of education depends on the creation of tasks for formative assessments that enable students to identify the readiness to successful independent innovation, formation of professional skills to solve problems.
