CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL CONCEPT OF RIGHTS FOR JUDICIARY AND OTHER LEGAL PROTECTION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC

Abstract
The report entitled “The Constitutional and Legal Concept of the Right to Court and Other Legal Protection in the Conditions of the Slovak Republic” describes separate articles of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic, which form the essence of the fundamental right to judicial and other legal protection, which is granted to all without exception. The no- tice brings the taxonomy of the conclusion of these rights and analyzes what institutional and procedural guarantees the Constitution of the Slovak Republic provides to individuals in connection with the application of the said fundamental right.
