CONTROL AND SUPERVISION IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC HEALTH

Abstract
The article is devoted to the modern state of statutory provision of control and supervision in the field of public health. Procedures of control and supervision in the field of public health provided for by the current legislation are identified. The state of legal regulation of each of the reviewed procedures of control and supervision is determined. Problems and shortcomings peculiar to the general state of regulatory provision of activities of public administration on control and supervision in the field of public health care are revealed. Proposals and recommendations to improve the legal regulation of public administration’s control and supervision activities in the field of public health are formulated.
