Abstract
The article is dedicated the issue of the administrative control exercised over the local public administration authorities in order to elucidate its particularities, the forms of realization, the subjects competent in the matter and the legal fra- mework that regulates it. The focus is on the obligations of local public authoriti- es in the context of control as well as on the limits of competence of the subjects exercising this control.
