Corporate Social Responsibility in the context of Constitution of the Republic of Poland and human rights

Abstract
This article aims to show how important a source of building a state-of-standard of social responsibility in Poland is the Constitution of 1997. Responsible business is an art to maintain a balance between all the interests – on the one hand employers, on the other hand employee. Companies that take into account in its strategy not only an economic dimension, but also take initiatives to promote and protect human rights as an attitude of social responsibility, are entities that meet important contemporary requirements of the proper conduct of business. Ability to use in economic activity-ness corporate social responsibility is an asset, through which the company builds strong potential and human capital and thus obtain a competitive advantage. Article attempts to identify how corporate social responsibility is legally formulated from the standpoint of constitutional values. It shows that the Constitution is building a standard fundamental rights as universal values that must be implemented by entrepreneurs in the area of labor relations. It is important in this aspect of the activities undertaken by entrepreneurs and implementation of practices that are not only legal, but they are going beyond the obligations imposed by law.
