Abstract
Today, due to the sensitive and crucial role of communication in the modern era of telephone communication between people has become a common requirement. Telecommunication companies in the country, in different parts of the assignment of telephone lines, has been privatized, and the company with the contract to provide the required assignment on the play, but in some cases by placing conditions and obligations unilaterally to the detriment owners of telephone, private law rules relating to the ownership rights of the owners of phone lines, ignore, and various pretexts, without the consent of the owners, have attempted to cut the phone lines and transfer lines, as others have, that violation creates individual rights, this study seeks to explain away the constitutional validity of s telephone lines (fixed / mobile), telecommunication companies, and is the owner of the telephone line through the points, and the features of the premium paid, and the legal nature of the relationship holder of the phone line, and the points and finally to examine the legal and judicial procedures will be addressed in this context.
