CRIMINAL LEGAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN

Abstract
The article is devoted to the characterization of the systemic and legal analysis of the term “exploitation” on the basis of which the content of the socially dangerous act “exploitation of the child” is defined, the corresponding notion is formed. It turns out that exploitation (in particular, labor) is the essence of assigning one subject of the results of another subject's work. As a result of exploitation, there is the alienation of the results of labor, which is a factor of social injustice.
