AN EXAMPLE OF CONSTITUTIONAL PATRIOTISM IN THE UNITED STATES AND ITS PROSPECTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF UKRAINIAN STATEHOOD

Abstract
The article explores the essence of the concept of constitutional patriotism on the example of the United States of America. Since in the modern European globalized world in which there are almost no mono-national countries, the need for the emergence of constitutional patriotism has become the key to the successful development of the state. Particular attention is paid in the article to the reasons for the emergence of this type of patriotism in the United States and the peculiarities of its manifestation. It is noted that the election of constitutional patriotism as the basis of Ukrainian statehood can be an effective way out of the crisis.
