Abstract
The article presents a comparative legal analysis norms of criminal legislation of Ukraine and Georgia about the responsibility for in advance not promised concealment of crime. Installed their similarities and differences, and specifics of the responsibility. According to the results of the study were made the proposals for improving the current Criminal Code of Ukraine.
