“Free will” as a manifestation of human existence in the legal reality.

Abstract
In the article the concept of “free will” within the legal reality. Determined that free will is part of the legal reality because, as the bearer of free will is the man himself, so assume all share responsibility for their actions, guided by its basic rights and duties. Proved that the legal reality directly reflected in the social life of man, his deeds and actions. To the same extent the freedom of human will is imperative in choosing the right moral and legal positions in public and government relations. Found today free will expression is implementation forms the legal reality of man, because without free will of human existence legal reality seems inappropriate. It is alleged that a legal plane takes the form of free will “law of liberty” that enables people to perform only actions not prohibited by law (law).
