Criteria and indicators of determining the level of readiness of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of students on IT specialty

Abstract

The article is devoted to the establishment of criteria and indicators of readiness of future teachers of informatics to career guidance of pupils on IT specialty. In accordance with the structural components of the readiness of the future teachers of informatics for this activity, is defined a motivational, cognitive, practical-activity and reflexive criteria. The indicators, which reveal each of the criteria, are described. The levels of formation of the readiness of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of pupils on IT specialty and the diagnostic apparatus for their identification are determined and described. The results of determining the coefficient of importance of each criterion in the structure of the readiness of the future teacher of informatics to career guidance of pupils in general secondary education, as well as the factors of importance of individual indicators of each criterion of preparedness (using the method of expert evaluations) are given.
